I just wanted to stop by and tell everyone happy 4th!! We just got back from watching fireworks after a day on the boat scalloping!! It was such a relaxing day but boy am i pooped!!

I just wanted to share this cute little page I did with Chrissy W's Newest template pack Still Mixin it up!! and it is on sale right now!! For just $1.40 for 4 great quality templates!! What a honkin deal!!

This kit I used is called Mouse in the house and it is by Britt-ish designs

This is My DS 2 1/2 years ago when we got to have breakfast with Mickey & LiLo and Stitch!

This next page would have to be one of my favs so far...I use mandy Mystiques Dragonfly dreams Kit which is on sale now for 50% off & Chrissy W's Angie'lious template pack (also on sale) Dont you just love sweet baby feet? I took this pic of dd's feet when she was in the hospital for 3 long weeks getting tummy surgery! So this photo is pretty bitter sweet even though I love it so much.

Man Have I got some good news for ya'll!! I got 2 full time Ct gigs and a guest Gig!! Man this is just great!

so let me tell you about all of them and bore you with the details.

1st off my guest spot is with the Fab Chrissy W over at Digital candy, She has the rockinest templates!! She single handedly got me hooked on them...she is like my dealer!! LOL!! Here is the template challenge 10 template that you can pick up here for free and complete the challenge. I also used Faith Trues A basket full kit.

Now the next Gig is with Mandy over at Mandy Mistiques designs She is super sweet and a great designer...she also has super cool freebies on her blog so make sur eyou book mark it!! get the link from my side bar!!

I used faith Trues fashionista kit for this page!! I just love it! It even comes with that super cool vellum alpha!! here is the link to the post . Sorry I have not blogged in a while...don't really have an excuse just hangin out!!

This 2nd one i made using one of Faith Trues newest kits The naturalist. Now anyone that knows me even just a little bit knows I love butterflies, I must have chased this little missy around my Best friends yard for 20 mins snapping pics!! I think this page is so pretty, and the qoute is to true "if nothing ever changes there woudl be no butterflies"
Now for the 3rd page, last but not least is Doodles and Dimples designs. I just thought this kit was so cute the minite I saw it!! I love how fun and bright it is and for sure all of the pink!! the name of the kit is make me happy and that it does!!

The 1st page is from Sugar Plum Paperie This was Prestons 5th b-day back in September...I think he has been riding that 4 wheeler non stop since then!! I used the Confetti & Candy paper kit and Elements!!

the 2nd is from Amy Sumeralls newest kit Lovey Dovey Days and it is on sale all this week at Just for the Scraps of it, this is my favorite wedding Picture of Jeffrey and I and i just love how this kit looked with it when I made the pic black and white!! I really need to get to scrapping some of my wedding pics huh??

and the 3rd page I used Doodles and Dimples Plastic Rainbow Alpha and Amy Sumeralls Over the grungy Rainbow kit for this one (it is also on sale) This is Haley and our God Daughter, we have started referring to them as "the Twins" they are only 3 weeks apart but Haley is huge compared to Riley and the remind us of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Divito in the 90's Movie "Twins"

I did 2 pages today using my new doodles and dimples goods!!

This 1st page is My chunky Monkey quite some time ago!! I was still nursing her so she is a fatty here!! I used the bubble gum kit from doodles and dimples and the frame is by Faith True at Oaks

and the 2nd one uses Doodles and Dimples Frosty Alpha and the kit was a freebie on the memory makers website. These are the kidlets last year, even though we were in GA and it never snowed the whole time we were there and we have never had snow it was pretty cold and the kiddos looked cute in thier winter coats all bundled up!

That over the next few days I am gonna be making some changes to my blog. I don't really have time to stamp as much as i woudl like and it seems all of my posts now are geared towrd digi scrappin so I am going to change my page around a little and change the name. I am thinking Ally's Scrappy Place...what do you think? I will still post the occiasional stamped item when I do them but its just not fair to Lure stampers in with no real stampin ya know? I hope all of you stampers out there will still come to visit!!

Of year again!! I just love Christmas and the holidays!! I had a little more time to scrap this evening after the kiddies went to bed so I just had to make a princess page...I have been looking all over for a crown and I found this...and it was a freebie!! From Grumble Scraps, I totally scraplifted this from the example she did of her niece but I changed a few things up and I really like the way it turned out!! I took these pictures of Haley right before we moved here to FL. Oh the only thing not in the kit is the little tab that says sweet, I got that over at oscraps from Danielle young

These pictures were taken on Co-co Cay. My favorite spot of the whole trip was on this hammock. When I saw this kit from Danielle Young at O scraps called bungalow I had to have it...especially for the word art..flip flop summer!! I love flip flops!! I took quite a few pictures of my feet on my cruise...I think feet are cool, they take you places!! They are the 1st part of you to touch new places, I could not imagine not being able to feel sand between your toes or freshly cut grass in the summer. okay enough about me and my foot stuff, my friends think I am a little weird for getting all philosophical about feet!! I tried to get them to see my point of view but they do not!! LOL!!

So i just got back on monday from a cruise I went on with some of my friends, unfortunatly my hubby was not able to go and I missed him, I am already trying to plan one for just us. Cleaning the studio

So I am cleaning my stampin studio and I had to take a Little break to actually stamp so I decided to whip up this little Bella!! and come a post it since I have been a bad blogger lately!! I hope to get my room in order so i can actually stamp so tonight!! I have a confession to make, I have my new catty order from the SU catty...I have cut out and mounted the 7 stamp sets but ink has not even touched them!! I hope to change that TONIGHT AND TOMORROW!! I am off work for labor day but Jeffrey has to work so it will just be the kids and I hare at the house, maybe while Haley is napping I can get some stampin done!! Now this is my 1st ever Digi scrap page, I know it is simple, but thats how we atart everything right? I would not dare show you guys my 1st stamped creations. So I got this kit from Blue Fombingo and it is called "Lauras hope chest". Now I must admitt I was a little afraid to start digital scrapbooking since I have been a paper scrapper for so long ,but Emily over at stampin & stuff answered a ton of questions for me and eased my fears, She does great stamped work and wonderful digi stuff, and was to sweet to answer all of my questions when she didnt know me from adams house cat. I am going to make a few more pages tonight and I will share later on or tomorrow but I want to get a few of them printed at walgreens.com to see how they do. I can go pick em up on my lunch break and I'll let ya know tomorrow.

I made these 2 cards a while back

when I went to my KVN conference and I am just getting around to posting them!! They are the same layout as you can see just one different color. On the 1st one i used some almost amethyst designer paper and then on the 2nd I just made a background with some $1 stamps from the big M. The sheer polka dot ribbon is also from Micheals. You can really tell from the pic but I added some glitter to the ring and in the 1st one to her tiara and in her hair to look kinda like a veil. I had fun making these now I need some people to get married so i can give these cards away!! teeheehee!

I whipped this little card up the other night while inking then up for the 1st time!! I like the colors, they are so fun!! The stamp is from stampin bella and its called Fella and his bella! I used pink passion and tempting turquoise. and I had to add some primas and some bling . i hope you like, We are going camping for the weekend so i will not be around for a few days. Oh did ya notice the new pic?? Its my new do...do ya likey??

This is another one of those bellas I just HAD to have! get it?? Inky hugs...huggybellas?? hehehe. I know I know... Nerdo!! So I made this card to send to my best friend and it just fits us to a T. I have curly hair and she has long Straight hair, I like dresses and she like capris. So it is just so us!! I used my Giga circle punch with the cert. celery and to make it scallopped I used my corner rounder, well when you use your corner rounder you get a little over-lap-age...if that is a word...where your first punch and yoru last punch meet up. Well I slapped a rindstone flower over it and you cannot even tell!! Primas work really great to!! Oh yeah the bestest friends sentiment is also from stampin bella, Thanks for lookin and have a great night!!

This is the 1st time that I have inked up giddyupabella and I LOVE HER!!! As soon as EM posted her I had to have her! The bestest friends sentiment is also from stampin bella. I dont really like my marker lines but I will perfect that...any tips?? I use SU markers. You can't really tell from the picture but I added some bling to her buckle, hat and the horses bridal. I really like the way my 2nd tent card came out!! I think I am hooked! Well I am off to bed! Night night!

I have seen so many cute tent cards these days on SCS so I decided to try one out!! I am diggin it!! I used Cert. Celery and Pretty in pink and some cert. celery designer paper. I pulled out my emmybella and made her bags out of designer paper as well. I had a white flower from wal-mart I think so I used a daubber to pick up some pretty in pink ink and colored it pink!! I used some karen foster snap stamps for the happy!! I couldnt think of a whitty shoppping phrase so I just put Happy cause shopping makes me SUPER Happy!

On another note I Think I have my studio unpacked It is not organized that well yet but all of my stuff is unpacked and I am getting there!! I had it organized enough to actually stamp and put my hands on most stuff I needed right away!! It felt so good to actually stamp, I was so relieved!! I have a few more cards from last wekeend when I went out of town that I will post tomorrow!! Thanks ladies for sticking with me, I plan to get going strong again!!

I'm Leaving... on a jet plane....

LOL You have to sing that to actually get it ya know...okay I am a dork!! I am at work this morning but I leave at 11:30 to fly out to Atlanta to a KVN conference that i have to speak at. The KVN is the Key Volunteer Network. It is for Marine Corps spouses and I am the coordinator for the 6th Marine Corps district RS Jacksonville. That probably means nothing to you so i am sorry for all the Marie Lingo!! But i will have an alright time I am sure. I am excited to go but not excited to leave Jeffrey and the kiddies for the weekend. I think I packed more stampin stuff in my bag then actual clothes but thats alright with me if I need to I can fashion a skirt out of designer paper and primas. LOL! So hopefully when i get home on Sunday I will have some stampin stuff to post. Sorry for my lack of communication here lately it has just been a rough few weeks with the move and Tyler passing and all. I hope you folks have a great weekend and i hope to see ya'll on Sunday with some hotel room stampin goodies!!

We are here and I have the net now! I am sorry I do not have anything for you all but I just hopped on to tell ya'll who care I am still alive and settling into FL life once again! I am a little depressed though the other night we went out to dinner and when we came home my doggie, my baby, had passed away. He was 7 so he just laid down to take a nap, I know this happens but it is very very hard for me...Tyler was my baby before I had babies, he kept me company while Jeffrey was in the big sandbox and I was preggers with Preston. He loved the kids and followed them everywhere making sure they were okay, Haley is way to young to understand but Preston is taking it really hard so please just send some happy thought our way. I just keep forgetting he is gone, this morning I filled up his food dish just out of habit. Well I will stop depressing you now and just leave a picture of Tyler the Super Weenie!

So this used to be my studio!! Needless to say it is in shambles right now! I should have taken a before picture where it was all nice and neat and in little rubbermaid boxes on the shelves but I did not so I guess you will just have to see an after picture. We are having the Military move us but I wanted to pack my stamps and stuff so I know what is in what boxes and stuff ya know? They come on Thursday and Friday to pack up and move so things might be a little quiet around here in Inky Hugs land for a little bit. As soon as I get my computer back though I will post and let you know I have arrived safely, I will have the laptop so we will see if wireless works. I still have a few things to pack like I need to take my papers out of the shelves and pack up my inks but that's about it for the "big" jobs. UGHHH Have I mentioned I hate moving??

Baby shower bella card!

This card was made for a friend whose baby shower I went to yesterday I just didn't get a chance to post it when I made it on Friday! I used my new mamabella stamp that I just got this past week in the mail! I love how soft this is and how it turned out! I used my giga square punch and just put 2 together to make a rectangle! you really cant tell unless you look real close that its 2 punches. Then I used the "happy new baby" stamp from SU's "tiny talk"!! That set is retiring but I will be keeping it really just for that stamp!! I added some dots around the sentiment with my silver gel pen and thats about it! Very simple but very very cute!!

I made this card for a girlfriend at work who's "dirty 30" birthday is tomorrow!! She loves shoes so this Bella is perfect for her!! I figured i would make her a sweet card since I am going to totally decorate her station with black and white ballons and streamers!! I used the sentiment from SU's "first in fashion" Set. I used my new GIGA circle punch and then ran them thru my CB with the happy b-day embossing folder and kinda just cropped them to fit the card. then some super cool polka dotted ribbion I picked up from the big M!! Hope ya'll like!! I know she will!!

I really liked this little guy the min I saw him! I had to buy a whole set of A*muse animal stamps to get him but it was worth it!! This is actually the 1st card I made using both of my scalloped square punches!! Not to much to say about the car its pretty simple but I like it! It is 3x3 so I will be adding it to a coworkers b-day gift this week!! Hope you like!!

Just Be-claws!

I saw these stamps and just had to have them!! They Are the crabby dancer stamps from Gina K designs Let me tell you what she is just great!! She also has a great blog titled A Day In the Life What I like about her stamps is that you can get them mounted or unmounted!! So the 1st card I used the crabby dancer stamp and "just be-claws" I used my cuttlebug Mosaic embossing folder and some super cool stitched ribbon!! I cannot wait to see what colors SU will come out with in the stitched ribbon!! Demos got a sneak peek of one color so I am hoping there is more I just love it!!

And My 2nd card I used the seafood surprise stamp and the same just be-claws sentiment, I do not have the scalloped rectangle punch yet so I just took 2 mega squares and mounted them together with the black card stock you have to really look for where they are put together at but if you use a lighter color CS just tie a bow around it and it will hide it! I did not think of this idea I saw it some where in the blogging world but for the life of me I cannot find it!! (story of my life).

This was just a quick bella card I made last night I used my happy b-day CB embossing folder and cakeabella. I used real red and taken with teal! i just love these colors together!! I got the idea for the card and for the white polka dots on her apron from some one here in the blogging world but I have searched for 30 mins and cannot find the blog...so if you have a card like this with a tab punch and polka dots please let me know so i can give you credit...I promise I am not trying to stamp lift with out giving credit! The party girl stamp is a stamp from the M's dollar spot. You can't really tell from the pic but i colored the cake silver with a gel pen so it kinda sparkles!! Hope ya'll like!!

Yesterday I got this SUPA fly RAK from Tammy at Stamp with Tammy I have checked out her blog and she is super talented!! Ya'll go check it out now!! If you read my last post you know that I have been a little stressed lately so this card could not have come at a better time! Thank you so much Tammy!! She used the double line doodles stamp that will be in the next SU catty and we all got if we went to a regional seminar! I will for sure be casing this one! i love how she attached the smaller flower with a matching brad!! Thank you so much Tammy for making my week!!

Scrapbooking my 1st Love!

I have not scrapbooked in FOREVA! As a matter of fact I think this is my 1st scrapbook post on my blog! So this felt so good to do. Last night I was suppose to attend a stampin night at the local SB store with a group of ladies but it had changed and I did not get the message, the owner and I are buds so I talked with her and shopped a little well she was putting out some new papers and stuff and I usually only use SU papers & designer papers but Bev knows how I love paisley stuff so she showed me this paper and i was in LOVE!!! I just had to get it! It is made by wild asparagus and is double sided with a solid color on the other side. All the other paper is SU, it went so well with the ruby red and sage shadow by SU. That's usually why I do not by non SU paper cause I am OCD about matching colors But i think it turned out nicely! The "Princess" is a rub on by Karen Foster I think...not sure and I already threw the package away and took out the trash. so sorry if it is not. If you really wanna know I can go dig through the trash for ya. I have also never used a rub on in my scrapbooking so now i am hooked on those I think! I "hung" her name from a SU clear button backed with ruby red to make it stand out. The letter stamps are from CTMH. I am so behind on my scrapbooking right now (who isn't) but this felt so good to do! This is already Placed in Haleys scrapbook! This was one of her 1 year pictures by the way!

I think that's how you spell it...my Spanish is a little rusty lately, any ways my life has been super duper crazy lately. Some of you know some of you do not, but Jeffrey (my hubby) is getting a promotion and being transferred to Tallahassee, FL. So we have been in the process of selling our house here in Brunswick GA and buying a house there in FL. It has been stressful but at the beginning I told the Lord that it was all in his hands. I have had faith even though I have been stressed and everything has fallen into place nicely. We just accepted an offer on our house here last night so it is under contract now and we have a house in FL as well. We close on our house in FL on the 12th of July and our house here on the 16th. So that is the reason I have been not posting for a while. I have been stampin to keep my ounce of sanity but not really posting any thing. I wanted to let my peeps know to not give up on me!! i will be back into the swing of things soon!! I have gotten a few emails from feedbiz telling me that some people have canceled their subscriptions and that's probably why but please be patient with me. I promise to get better soon!! I made this cute little girly for a small swap that I am in! I really like her and I just cased a layout from a pregobella card I did a few weeks back. I love the bright colors and how cheerful they look. After i took this pic I decided to add a little bling and I put stickles on the shopping bag and purse. I did not add a sentiment cause this card could go a number of ways so i will let the lucky people who receive it in the swap do that part!! hope you likey!! On another note I finally found a giga square punch to go with my mega one I got last weekend so I am off to play with that now!! Hopefully I'll have some more stuff to post later! It s a really rainy day here in GA but its okay we have been praying for it since the wildfires started about a month ago! Rainy days are perfect to stamp!!

I finally got one!! there is not a place in my town that sells them so while we were in Tallahassee this weekend looking for houses I took a stop by Joannes and this is the only one they had!! Its the mega size but I figured it was a start!! I got to use my 40% off coupon so it was even better!! I am hoping to get the mega and giga circles soon!! This 1st card I made to enclose with my dear co-workers birthday gift!! He loves frogs so to morrow morning before he gets to work I will decorate his office with blow up frogs and monkeys!! I did not have a monkey stamp so that's why the card only has a from! This little stamp is from Amuse and I just love it!! I actually got it in a set of clear stamps from ac moore but you can purchase just the froggy prince. They are such good quality acrylic and with my SU ink pads I swear they look just like you are stampin with Rubbah!! I heard a trick though, if your ink bubbles when you are using clear stamps, rub them with a good quality pencil eraser. It seemed to work really well with mine so if you are having pooling probs try it!!

Okay now for the 2nd card!! Most of you who know me know that I love, love, love ladybugs!! So much in fact that I nicknamed my daughter ladybug!! So when I saw this set I just had to have it!! This is the Ladybugs set from Papertray now this is the 1st time I have stamped with this set and I am in love!! This is a 3x3 card and I used rose romance and certainly celery and the super cute polka dotted ribbon that I just can't get enough of!! I just loved making these cards tonight and it was nice to be able to stamp again. It was a long weekend but a good one!! Talk to you all soon!!

Birthday gift cards!

This morning I had a few mins to play in my stamp room so I decided to do some warm up cards. I just made 2 3x3 cards using some of my $ spot stamps from the big M. I am pleased with them and they were super quick to make.

On the brown one I used my gel pen and added some faux stitching around my focal image, amazingly enough I do not think I have ever tried faux stitching but I like the way it looks so I will be using it more. I also scalloped the edges of the designer paper with my corner rounder!! this is super cool that I can use mine for this! I just love the way it looks. The 2nd card I also used the corner rounder and some paper flowers I got from walmart, I got 8 on a sheet for .97! I got vanilla, tempt tuq., summer sun, and pink passion. the colors match up very very good! and they already have a sticky back so you don't have to worry about that. they were not with the scrap booking stuff in my store though, they were right above the ribbon with the little ribbon roses and stuff. Hopefully I will get a chance to play tonight when I get home from work. I am having a going out in style party tonight with a few great ladies so hopefully that will turn out well!! We are making 5 cards and matching envelopes using retiring sets and I will have some of my retiring sets up for sale as well!! I know we will all have fun!!

Monstor Clips!!

So I took the plunge and finally made some giant clips, I have had them for a few weeks now but just never have sat down to do them. I like the way they turned out and I will be making more!! I think when I sit down to stamp I will make some for the girls at work! They should get a kick out of that! I used my SAB "very punny" set. I just used my cuttle bug to punch out the circles since they layer so well. and I used some wire works to attach the little tag which I think it just makes it ya know? I used hot glue to attach them and I have heard that it is the easier than the e600 stuff. and does not stick so I will just stick with the hot glue!

Its a little early for drinks but this is just way to cute not to share, I used the cosmo bella stamp and of corse my cuttlebug swirls embossing folder. This is a 4x4 card cause I just love "square" cards. I added some bling in the corner and put a little swirly paper clipy on it with some of my favorite dotted ribbon! I had to add a little tag as well! I really liek the way this one turned out but who am I kidding I love most of my cards or I would not brag about them to you guys. ~~hugs & smooches~~<3

Here is a little stampin bella card I made for a friend!! I love Pink so I decided to make her dress pink!! Shes got a little glitter on her but you can't really tell from the pic! I used my new "friend" cuttlebug folder! I just Love it and will be using it alot I am sure!! So I finally tried my hand at one of these and I LOVE it!! I had some hinges that I got in a pack awhile ago and now I NEED more. I'll have not bee able to find them though so if you know where I can please let me know. Anyways I made this using the SU patterned polka dots and paisleys paper. these are the kiddos Easter pictures and this is a great way to use up some of those 150 wallets you get, when everyone wants a bigger picture!! LOL! Does anyone Else have this problem? anyways I didn't do any stampin on this but I still like it! I also made a cute little 3x3 card to go along with it, I used the same paper and stamped FUN on it. I am sending this to my best friend and she is the "fun" Aunt according to Presto!! She loves it!!

This little lady is just glowing isn't she? I love this stamp and I received her in my bella image swap but I just may have to purchase her! I have a girlfriend who is pregers and needed a pick me up so I whipped this card up for her. I got the layout from Angela Knopk SCS Inky Button and she sent it to Beate as a B-day RAK I just changed the colors and the bella an viola, a beautiful card!! I turned this card into a mothers day card but it could be for anything, I used gardenbella from Stampinbella I used some stickles on the flowers and her skirt. I used my markers and blender pens to color her in because I wanted more muted colors for her. I also used my hearts cuttle bug embossing folder!! and last but not least PRIMAS!!! I just ordered some more this past weekend so I can't wait to get them in the mail!! Hope you likey the card!!

Let me tell you guys I have been blessed with the best darn in laws!! My father in law came up today for Haley's party tomorrow, and he came bearing this baby!! Isn't it great?it will hold 56 ink pads and a ton of ribbon, I only put a few spools on it for now but You better believe I will be filling it up in no time!! There are a few empty spots on here so the hubs gave me the go ahead to order some new stamp pads. I am just to dang excited!! I have needed something like this for a long time!! and its so pretty!! Okay enough bragging about my new ink storage...tonight's mothers day car uses the same layout as last nights card but a different stamp set and paper, I used bud basics and spring showers paper I believe. I kinda liked the stripes on this one. and you know me I had to add some bling! I just popped up 2 of the flowers using some dimensionals, I embossed the happy mothers day with copper EP and its simple as that!! I hope ya like!! I have alot of orders for mothers day cards this week from the girls at work so I am sure I will be continuing my ODE to mothers!! I might not be around tomorrow because we are having a ton of family and friends over for Haley's birthday party. So if not I will catch ya on Monday!!

Tonight's card was inspired by our fab~o color wheel!! I had a girl friend at work who asked me to do a few moms day cards for her, when i asked her what colors she wanted she was like I don't know what do you got, hahahaha silly girl, pumpkin pie, choco chip, more mustard (can ya tell I was hungry)...she said it sounds more like you fridge Ally!! So I brought in my color wheel and said pick any color at all and I will base your card around that. Well her Mom loves orange and Only orange was a little to bright so we went with Pumpkin pie!! I have to be honest with you, this is not a color I have ever used in my own stampin and I do not even own the PP ink pad...GASP!!! Well lets just say it will be on my next order! I had this paper from the dots and dashes designer paper pack that was just begging to be used with this card!! I love the way it looks with my regal rose! I used the "delight in life" SAB set. I had to add some bling to the flowers and then some stickles int he veins of the flowers, I just cut out 2 and used a dimensional to make em pop!! and what card would be complete with out ribbon!! I guess this card was just meant to be!! The card base is 7 1/2 x 8 so it fits pretty well in a business sized envelope...stamped for sure...with some extra room for the ribbon and bulky stuff!! I have 2 more mothers day cards to make for my friend so I will post those when I get em done! Hope you likey!

MY Ladybug is one today!!

Haley is one today, this is bittersweet. You want them to grow up but at the same time you want them to stay babies. Haley is my last baby so everything she does 1st will be it!! I have promised to take to many pictures of my children so hopefully they or I will never forget! Here is Haley her 1st night home. It is hard to believe a year has gone by already!! We had a little celebration tonight at our house just for us! Preston was so excited his baby sister is having a birthday but he is wondering how long it is till he gets to have his own cake. These few pictures are from tonight with her special cupcake and her birthday plate!! I just love being a mom!! Okay enough of the sappy stuff...here are the pics for your viewing pleasure!! hehehe! I learned how to do this from a tutorial on SCS I believe, but if you wanna know how let me know and I can find the post for you! I just cant find it right now and I am being a little lazy!! I just wanna stamp!! Well the 1st one I did about a week ago but just never posted it. I used the 1st in fashion set! I just love it!! and the 2nd one I used the Happy Harmony set and the polka dots and paisleys paper!! I just started with the designer paper and went with the colors from there!! I love the cameo coral and the olive together!! I really and gonna have to start using this color combo a little more!! and then on the card I used some "Stickles" for the 1st time!! UMMM excuse me...why haven't ya'll told me about this stuff before?? I mean come on help a sistah out! I just love this stuff!! As you well know I am a glitter Diva!! Thanks to my wonderful upline Robyn!! May she stamp forever!! and this stuff is just to darn cool!! It comes in a ton of colors but I got the "diamonds" just to be safe!! Well lets just say I gotta get more of this stuff!! It took a little bit to dry but I really like it! I probably coulda ran the heat gun over it and sped up the process but I just let it lay out over night! I stamped the sentiment on the inside and left a little room for signing our whatever! I really liked this one!

I cannot make any promises that this will be the last one for the night but its the last one for right now!! Long story short Hubby had kiddos duty tonight while I went to a stampin thing at the LSS and he left Haley-bug nap from 6:30 to 9 and Preston fell asleep on his floor while playing with trucks and napped for about an hour at abou 7 so needless to say I have 2 hyper children playing at 1o:45 at night!! They are usually well in bed by this time. Well I made this bella today as well I just used a scrap of paper from a stack that I had and it kinda matches the other colors I used!! I already had this bella stamped and colored so I just kinda did the card around the colors I had used for her. Okay so now I am going to stamp a little more maybe I will be back tonight. If not I will post my creations tomorrow!!

I was feeling a little beachy today so I decided to make this little gal! I just love her and I really love this card!! I think that these would have to be my 3 favorite colors right now!! Pink passion, tempting turquoise, and green galore!! aren't they just fab~o? and I just love this rick rack!! I picked it up the other day by the yard at my LSS and it matches our paper so well!! I also got a pink rick rack as well! I also cuttlebugged the background on this one. man I don't know what I did for backgrounds before my wondrous bug! I could not deside what type of sentiment I wanted to use so I just stamped hello on a mini tag and went with that!

I made this card for a very good friend at work who had a birthday yesterday, I am sorry I am a little late posting it. Mel has blond hair with brown highlights so i just had to highlight bellas hair. It was super fun!! I just loved the way it turned out, so simple yet so elegant. I used creamy caramel and pretty in pink cardstock, I had to add some bling so I added it in the middle of the primas and on her hat! I am not sure if you can tell or not but I stamped her gift and party hat and cut it out and put it on the whole image of her so her hat matches the designer paper on the side. I cuttlebugged the background with the birthday folder that I just love!! Hope you like it!!

I just whipped up this card for My best friends little sisters graduation from nursing school!! I am so proud of her!! I have know this girl since she was one year old!! I used to help Katie beat this kid up and we kicked her out of our fort and now she is graduating from nursing school!! and she just got engaged to boot!! The little...umm big turd!! She is thinking really hard about going into pediatrics so I figured this card was fitting!! It was super easy but I wanted to keep it simple!! I used my cuttle bug to emboss the bkgd and that really it! I used blush blossom and bliss blue which i have to say i do not think I have ever used together. Hope you all like it!! I'll post some more tonight I am going to a stampin thing at the local sb store so I hope I have some kid free fun!!

I know I promised to dust off my SU stamps but I had a card and my new bella was begging to be inked!! Tomorrow is my assistants last day so I had to make her a card!! She is the definition of girly girl and my nick name for her is blondo! So emmybella was the ticket! I took her and just colored in the purse and shopping bag with my black marker and cut them out to put over the image!! So she has a stylin purse and shopping bag!! See the bling on the purse!! FAB~O!!! I will put the spa gift card inside that we got her and definitely wish her the best! I might have to case myself on this one cause i really liked the way it turned out!! Do you see what this is?? yeah its a clean Stampin table!! make sure you save the link to this post cause i cannot promise that it will stay like this for long but by golly it is clean right now!! I am almost afraid to stamp on it but that will pass tomorrow. I will give it one night of cleanliness!! I decided tonight that I would try and get my Studio in order, so i started with the table and will work my way around the room little by little! Tonight I had Haley underfoot who is trying her hardest to walk using my legs and chairs as aids and Presto the very inquisitive/helpful 4 year old! His favorite word this week is "why" as he was helping he kept saying "why do you need so much paper mommy" and "why do you need all these cool markers". So I said "son I dont know how to tell you this but Mommy is addicted to stamping". without missing a beat Preston said "oh that's okay I can be addicted too" At 4 years old I doubt he knows what addicted is but it was funny!! he amazes me sometimes!! Well that is it for tonight. Hopefully I will get to work on my bitty book tomorrow and I will have some pictures to post!! Good night ya'll!!

Mini Photo wallet!!

I figured it out!! This is the Mini photo wallet. I had to work with it a little bit but it was super duper

easy once I finally got everything worked out in my head...you know sometimes the hamster is not running to fast up there!! I used the mini envelope template to make the pockets and I used the template for a 2x2 card I just omitted the flap of the card and punched a 1/2 circle with my large circle punch. I used doodle that for the background on the pink passion and for the photo holders I used short order numbers. I used 3, 6, & 9 and pictures of Haley at 3,6, & 9 months. It is hard to believe that she is going to be a year old in just a few weeks!! This is so cute and would be a great gift but the only problem is that you have to have the photos so small. These pics are 2 x 1 5/8 I could have made them a little bigger if I had not used the 1/2 circles and the brads but I like the look of them!! the actual photo mats are 2 1/2 x 1 7/8, I just added a little strip of designer paper up top to add a little ommphh! But this is a great idea to put all of those wallet sized pictures of yours to use!! Especially school pics! OMG I just realized I forgot the bling!! I must go add that now, after all my little diva needs some bling!!

It is pretty much self explanatory if you read mt previous post...but if ya didn't go read it NOW!! hehehe!! 1st of all look at my Supa fly watermark!! get it?? Dragon fly?? Supa fly? hahahaha!! I kill my self!!! Well as promised I broke out my SU stamps and staid strictly SU on this baby except for the little bling on the belly band!! This is a photo wallet and I got the directions for it from SCS at www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/447115. This was super easy once I got my idea in mind! I used my doodle that stamp set and just stamped, I made this wallet for my mom for mothers day since the pics were taken at her house a few weeks ago and she love to show us off. But I will for sure be making more!! One 12x12 sheet makes 2 wallets and a mini wallet the directions say but I have not figured out the mini one yet. I only made one last night and will hopefully work on the other tonight if I get some stampin time. I love the way SUs Tempt Turq and Pink Passion look together. My pink passion has been neglected a little since Pixie pink came out. I was just so proud of myself when I finished this I just love it!! and thanks to the great instructions on SCS I know I will be making more of these!! Hope ya'll like it!!

On another note to all of you bellaholics out there that are also SU demos...since you have become addicted to Bellas do you ever feel guilty for neglecting your precious SU rubbah. I do not know why but I feel a certain loyalty to my SU's. I feel like an unfaithful wife (well no, not really but I had to go for the dramatics) I just feel a little guily, I know it will become easier with time but dang!! I have been stampin like crazy with my wonderful bellas and just using a sentiment stamp from SU. I guess its because the only stamps I have ever bought using my own money were SU stamps, I can easily walk by the stampin isles at wal-mart and Micheal's and not give them a second glance but these bellas have given me a run for my money. They are the only non su stamps I have bought. I like to refer to them as my contraband stamps!! LOL! So for the next few days I will try and show some love to my beloved SU rubbah! I started working on a few things last night so I will need to finish up and post later!

Bridalbellas

Here is tonights bella card made with The Bridalbellas, This card was made for a friend who will be having a shower soon for her upcoming wedding. I used my Su watercolor pencils that have been collecting some serious dust on a self in my studio! These are perfect for bellas!! What was I thinking!! I love my SU markers but these pencils and the blender pens are the dog gone bomb!! I used my new Hearts CB embossing folder and some SU double sided designer paper that matches the polkadots and paisley stamp set. It is called petals & paisleys those paper is so totally cool and the thumbnails in the SU spring mini do not do it justice at all!! I do believe a few more packs of this will be on my next order! Also Guess what?? Do you see the little flowers that I used to make the little photo corners?? Everyone who has been stampin or scrappin for a while knows what those little things are, PRIMAS!!! and guess what? This is my 1st time ever using them? Can you believe it? I am hooked!! I see how someone can become a prima addict! So just to warn you folk! In the next few days you will probably see a few more prima cards as I am trying to deal with my new found addiction!! Don't worry I promise I do not and will not need an intervention...just leave me as is! I will deal with it!!

1st off let me say Happy happy Easter, I hope every ones day was 1/2 as great as mine!! I had a great day with my 2 best friends and children! We hunted Eggs, played hide and go seek, The kids played on the blowup bouncy slide (one of the perks of living in the south its warm in April), and did a little redneck surfing! (if you wanna know I'll have to explain it to ya) I am so blessed to have such great friends/sisters. My favorite saying is "Friends are the sisters God forgot to give us" So very very true!! Here's a few pics just to share with you our great day!! Thanks to all of you who read my blog!! And Happy Easter again!!

So I set out to design a card so I could showcase my super cool new watermark, made by my dear friend, Faith. So for the card...I used my cakeabella, and my riviting stamp set, I used some left over scraps of paper from the last SU mini. And my SUPA fly round tab punch. This was the 1st time I used the punch, I just got it todya and litterally took it out of the wrap and punch my close to cocoa I just love this ribbon and its actually brown and turq. even though it looks really dark in the pic. I think I might use this card for a swap that I am in but I am not sure if it needs more bling or if I had to much already. Whatcha think?

Tonights Thanksabella!!

I needed a thank you card for a fab friend at work who sent flowers when Haley was sicko, so this is what I came up with...the card is 4x4 and I embossed 1/2 of it with my cuttlebug swirls folder I punched out the circle on the front of the card and then just punched the thanks out with the same circle punch and put it on the inside! I added a little bling to the thanks and to loveybellas hair!! I had this one little scrap of ribbon left over from making some bows for Haley's hair a while ago and I was waiting for the perfect card to use it on since I cannot find this print of ribbon again. I think it looks nice!! If anyone knows where I can find this ribbon at let me know cause I would love some for a scrapbook page of Haley with her hair bows!!

New bella card!

I just sat down to stamp for a little bit and this is what i came up with. I had pre colored in a bunch of bellas for when I get a chance to sit and stamp so I had this little lady all colored up so I used her! I added a little sticky jewel to her hair over her flower but I just loved it!! Very danty! I embossed the lovely lilac with the cuttlebug swirls embossing folder. And I am really diggin the tag! Its made with a super cool cuttlebug Die and fits perfectly with SU's hostess set "riveting" add some ribbon and you are good to go! I am thinking I am gonna need the set "circle of friendship" to cause it will fit on this tag as well! I got my cuttlebug from my wonderful mother in law for my b-day on Thursday and I have not had to much time to play with it but boy am I loving it on this card! Okay I think I am done for the night I gotta get some sleep!!

I just wanted to share this scrapbook page that I made a while ago of my sweet princess. I am really into 6x6 scrapbooks because they are so super easy and fun! I used some double sides designer paper and just SU craft paper, I just love the way it looked when I was done! I am for sure going to use this layout with other papers soon!! My very 1st Bella card!

I got my bellas last week when Haley was in the hospital so when I finally got the chance to pick them up it was time to stamp a birthday card for a dear friend! She loved it and called it a contraband stamp because she is a fellow SU demo!! I added a few sticky jewels I found in the michaels $ bin and my handy dandy SU tag punch and taggers dozen stamp set to make the Happy day tag! I used markers to color this one in but once i get to stamp a little more i am gonan use my watercolor pens!! I'll show ya how those turn out!! Hope everyone is doing well andwe are getting back to normal around here so hopefully I can start regulary blogging again!! and thank you guys again for all the wonderful thoughts and nice things you all did for me while Haley was inthe hospital!! I am so sorry that I have not posted in a while we are just getting back into ther swing of things since Haley is home and healing well, she came through the surgery just fine!
Well if any of you ladies dont already know there is a super cute company out there that makes some wonderful stamps called bellasI just recieved my 1st bella stamps and when I get home I will post a picture of my 1st bella card that i made for a girlfriends birthday. Well I am hosting a bella image swap. You will sign up for 1 bella and stamp 20 images of her in black water proof ink (staz-on works great) on white card stock. you will in turn get back 10 different bellas 2 images each. Please trim the paper you put your bellas on so they are all seprate in a zippy bag or somethign to protect them. and you will need to send a self addressed stamped envelope with the same amount of postage on it that it took to get it to me. YOu may sign up for more then one swap but please use a different bella.Please sign up by April 2nd and let me know what bella you will be using. and I need the images to be to me no later then April 12th and I will swap out as soon as I get those pretty bellas all in my hot little hands. Sorry that I have not posted lately, but we have been in the hospital with Haley since Saturday night. We have had a bunch of ups and downs but she has had surgery now and is resting. Haley had indesseption (spelling might be off) It is basically when the intestine telescopes over itself and collapses. The great surgeons here in Savannah GA fixed her all up after cutting the piece out and fusing it back together and taking out her appendix as well. But now she has contracted some nasty virus that she has to be in isolation and the nurses have to wear special gowns and gloves when they come to check on her. We are trying to get that under control right now so hopefully she will be better soon. She has to get rid of this virus 1st and then she can try eating and drinking and if she can handle that we can go home soon after that but i would not think much before the weekend. I will be updating on here and I will be checking my email so if you wanna know something just give me a shout but please send a few prayers up our way!! The internet and SCS is the only thing keeping me sane right now!

Purses and Shoes...oh my!

I truly believe that SU had me in mind when they designed this set!! tee hee hee! I just adore purses and shoes and a stamp set of them is almost better!! I use the "First in fashion" Stamp set and the "Harlequin" background stamp. I used my white siggo gel pen to kinda highlight some of the diamonds on the background and bring it out a little. I also got a chance to use my 2 super sweet tag punches that layer perfectly! I layered the group of purses and shoes on the Sarah designer paper that coordinates so well with the apricot appeal, certainly celery, and bashful blue that I used for the card. I made some of these for my regional swaps but I think I am going to whip up a few more to send to some girlfriends who might need a pick me up!! Every woman loves shoes and purses right? Now if they would just add some chocolate to this set we would be good to go!

At home with a sick Haley-Bug

I am home from work today with a sick little girl so in between her sleeping and syringe feeding her pedilite I decided I'd better do some stampin so I don't go crazy! I probably should be sleeping since i was up all night with her but what fun would that be? She is resting fine so I will relax and stamp! I made a few of this card for the Tampa Regional swap. I was very happy with it...so happy that I am doing it at a workshop next week which will hopefully turn into my new stamp club! I might switch the colors up a bit but I will keep with the same layout. I am sure I cased this from somewhere in someway but I love it anyway. I have enough cards now to swap out at regionals now later on I will get started on my coaster calendar swaps. Haley is stirring so I need to go tend to her but I will be back!! Hugs!!

Hello Friends! I am proposing a Hip to be SQUARE Swap for Full Square Cards. The cards can be either 3x3 or 4x4 or anysize you want as long as they are square!! This is a great swap for quick ideas! I just love the way square cards look and so do my club members. This will be a 10 + 1 swap. and you may join for more then one group just please use a different stamp set or layout.
Please make the appropriate amount of full cards, using current products. Please use SOME layering and/or embelishments on the card. Such as ribbon, eyelets, brads, etc. Quality work please since I am sure we will be casing these for our clubs and workshops!

Mustard covered copper Dragonfly...

HEHEHE sorry for the mustard humor, I for sure inked outside of my comfort zone on this one. I am usually not to into the rich earthly colors that's just not what I usually pick up to stamp with. well I wanted something different so I took out My Handy Dandy color coach and flipped it over to the earth elements rich regals side and told Presto to pick a color, he picked Night of Navy so I used the colors it said whet with that, 2 being more mustard and garden green. I decided to add some sparkle and still make it look rich with the copper. I used SU's All I have seen set for the dragonfly and embossed that with copper embossing powder. The saying which you cannot see very well, I stamped with a copper encore pad and added some copper brads at the bottom.For the background I used the Harlequin background stamp in versa mark on the more mustard.
I just love the saying by Ralph Waldo Emerson "All I have seen teaches me to trust the creator for all I have not seen" Ponder on that for a while! Pretty powerful stuff huh? I love that I work for a company that puts Faith 1st!
Well now I am off to cook dinner and hopefully do a little more stampin tonight. I need to get these swap cards done!

Last night I stamped a card for a dear friends birthday on friday! So I decided to take away a little bling and make it a swap card. This is semi-cased from someone on SCS but I cannot for the life of me find the card now to referance back to. I changed the color scheme and added the ribbon up top and changed some punching but the gereral layput os someoneelses. She did a great job. I only made 5 of these to swap cause I ran out of close to cocoa...I know I know I placed another order today. But I like the way they turned out. Now off to stamp a little more and see what I can come up with!

Regonials swap cards

So after much laziness on my part to actually get my hiney in gear and stamp some swap cards, I finally sat down and stamped 9. I have ADD when it comes to stampin the same thing over and over so I usually just do 10 or so. This is what I came up with. I used the Happy Occasions set with the matching baby rattle wheel, which I just love!! I have done this design at a few work shops and my ladies loved them so I decided to do basically the same thing. The picture does not show up to well but the sentiment is in the bottom right hand corner. and ya'll know I had to add some bling so there is glitter around the rattle. Thanks to Robyn for my love of glitter!! She taught me that glitter is not only a stampin embellishment but a fashion accessory as well. hehehe! I might do the same card with different colors using the heart stamp from this set but who knows what else I will come up with? What do ya'll think? I am going to stamp a little more tonight once the kiddos are in bed so I will post what I come up with! I still have about 29 more cards to make and 10 or 20 coaster frames. I'll be busy till the 24th.

My Little stampin bug...

So last night as I was playing in my stamp room Presto asked me if he could stamp a card for Grandma. So I told him to pick a stamp set and some colors he wanted to use. Well I think I have my future SU co-demo on my hands!! All I did was cut the paper and layer it, He stamped the rest. The Preston stamp is not SU but the other ones are from the Bugs and Kisses set on page 145. He was so proud of himself and I was to!! He even cleaned the stamps with the stamp and scrub as well. I love sharing stamping with him so I am hoping he doesnt get to "macho" for this anytime soon.

Late night stampin=coaster frames!

I have been surfing my favorite idea website split coast stampers and all the ladies on there are doing great things with coasters, so i decided to order some. Well I keep seeing great designs and I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on those coasters. Well we went to dinner last night at outback and after threatening Jeffrey and Preston with their lives (really just no desert) I told them not to set their glasses on the coasters...Jeffrey says oh great what are you gonna stamp on now!! hehehe He knows me to well huh? So There were 6 of them at our table and when I asked the waitress she gave me a strange look and said yeah we just throw them away. I wanted to be greedy and ask for more but I figured 6 would keep me busy, well I am 1/2 way through them so my ordered ones better come soon or we are gonna be eating at outback again!! LOL! Hope you like these!

Haleys shadow box

I made this while playing around tonight for Haley. I have been wanting to make her one and I am so OCD it had to be just right...so this is what I came up with. The circle of beads in the corner is the braclet that the nurses made her when she was born and I just loved the beaded H that I found on clearance at the local SBS. The printed paer is SU's loves me double sided paper, I just loved it and I will miss it now that the mini is out. Now I will have to play with some of my printed paper from the new spring mini! She is out little princess so you know I would have to add something in there that said that. I didnt do anystamping on here like I would have liked but I am still pleased with the outcome! Sorry the picture is a little dark, I had to turn the flash off so it did not glare on the glass of the frame.
